All our room rentals include high-speed wifi, choice of furniture/room setup and access to audio-visual equipment including projectors and videoconferencing, as well as the support you need to get everything up and running.

Choose from two identical meeting rooms, each with a 40” television, white board, and table-direct electricity.

These rooms are perfect for smaller, more intimate meetings or video conferencing.

  • $40/hour - $225/day (Weekends/after hours)

CROW’S NEST

The Crow’s Nest is our simplest and most affordable meeting room, ideal for organizing on a budget.

This room is perfect for smaller, more intimate meetings or video conferencing.

  • Fits up to 2-4 people

  • $20/hour (Weekdays)

  • $30/hour - $190/day (Weekends/after hours)

 

FATHOM

The Fathom meeting room features natural street level lighting, a 66” television, as well as a white board and table-direct electricity to keep you going through your meeting.

This room is ideal for small to medium sized meetings and work session.

  • Fits up to 6-8 people

  • $40/hour (Weekdays)

  • $45/hour - $260/day (Weekends/after hours)

The Bridge is a bright, medium-sized meeting room with south facing windows, access to a 55” screen with Apple TV or Chromecast for video conferencing, and a whiteboard.

This room is perfect for small to medium-sized team meetings.

  • Fits up to 6-8 people

  • $30/hour - $210/day (Weekdays)

  • $40/hour - $240/day (Weekends/after hours)

 

The Port is a spacious board-style meeting room or event space with two skylights, suitable for large meetings or small events with access to a projector, videoconferencing and a giant wall-length whiteboard.

This room is perfect for larger meetings, workshops and training sessions.

  • Fits up to 12-20 people

  • $40/hour - $280/day (Weekdays)

  • $50/hour - $310/day (Weekends/after hours)

PORT

Our second largest meeting room or event space, available with a variety of furniture configurations including classroom-style and theater-style setups. This room has whiteboards across all four walls, as well as a ceiling-mounted 4k projector with ceiling-inserted speakers.

This room is ideal for workshops, classroom-style learning sessions, or film screenings

  • Fits up to 18-30 people

  • $75/hour (Weekdays)

  • $100/hour - $400/day (Weekends/after hours)

 

Our biggest meeting room or event space, available with a variety of furniture configurations including classroom-style and theater-style setups. This room has two projector screens and a giant, wall-length whiteboard.

This room is ideal for large workshops, classroom-style learning sessions, film screenings or larger events.

  • Fits up to 30-45 people

  • $75/hour (Weekdays)

  • $100/hour - $400/day (Weekends/after hours)
